About Maurice

Maurice Poirier, originally from the Shediac Bridge area, has an extensive background in construction. Maurice has been involved in construction since the 1980’s, throughout the 80s & 90s he went on to employ a staff of close to 30. Some of his most recognized projects include the Codiac Plaza, the Landing at the Bend, the Standard Life Building, and a major housing development in Braintree MA. Maurice brings a significant amount of clientele, contacts, and personal acquaintances that enable his career to flourish to its maximum potential.

Combining his experience in construction and real estate allows Maurice to combine his two passions. Construction and real estate are easily interchangeable; his expertise in both areas permits Maurice to use the depth of his knowledge to aide his clients in any decision.

Maurice was awarded the Diamond Award for the year 2005; the highest award given by the New Brunswick Real Estate Association, and the first to be achieved in the EXIT Associates Moncton office. Each year, in order to keep his skills and expertise proficient, Maurice enrolls in various training seminars and real estate conventions.

Currently, Maurice is climbing to the next level of real estate with the help of his fulltime personal assistant. As well Maurice has recruited 7 full time real estate agents that he is helping to mentor and develop into some of the top realtors in the industry.

Maurice averages approximately 60 listings at any given time, and with new listings, come new buyers. Maurice's professionalism has made him a household name when discussing real estate.
